Sometimes, the challenges with a project aren’t related to the work we are installing. Rather than moving to another home, this client decided to update their older, builder community home. After a thorough indoor reno, we were given the opportunity to renovate the entire outdoor space. The garden incorporates some very chic and upscale features incorporating Ipe decking and clear cedar ceiling for the front entry along with pot lighting and freestanding custom glass railings. The entry gardens are surrounded with custom Corten Steel edging. The hand dressed custom stone entry address wall, porch entry columns and stone porch, were all upgraded.
The rear garden incorporates clear cedar fencing and custom made screens. The property backs onto a park and
the client wished to maintain the open feel to the park space. Planting is used for privacy to the seating
area but the space optimizes nature to create a private space with an abundance of texture.
